Well, started PT on Monday. Most of the exercises they have me doing are fine, just loosing up muscles and stretching things out. One exercise is using a muscle that has not been used for a long time and working it 4 times a day is kicking my butt. I am getting more movement out if it each day, but getting it there is not fun. I do have more range of motion in a couple of directions than I have had in over a year. All in all, it is going well, less pain everyday. Wanna kill these ads? We can help!
