Anyone use this brass for 10mm? I have 2 different headstamps, one is "nny" & the other is PPU. I had a problem with the nny stuff, one was a casehead separation, and 3 case bulges, scared to try the PPU. The nny had only been reloaded 1 time, so fired twice. All of my other brass runs great, anyone use this brass with good results?
    Thanks for any help.

If you had a problem with that 10.4 grain Blue Dot loading the brass would be very questionable, chamber lacking support or your scale was off or read wrong!

I have loaded a few of the PPU brass, but mine were shot from S&W1006 with 175gr cast TC's with the same load.

I have loaded a fair amount of PPU brass in 9mm, tight primer pockets but seem to work fine all the way up to Major PF levels from an integrity standpoint.

I too have loaded other PPU brass in different calibers with no problem. I only had about 15 pcs. of this brass, all my other brass runs fine. I just shot another 100 rounds of other brass today and had no problems, same load, same bullet, & same powder. I'm pretty (99.9%) sure it's the brass. That is why I'm asking here. Thanks.

I sorted mine out after one reloading. Too many reports of QC issues to risk injury over or gun damage. It gave no indication of issue, but I was only loading it to mid-range. I know from the factory it was so light it wouldn't even fully cycle my 1006. It may be fine or it may not be, depending on the lot. Be safe and run trustworthy components.
  7. PPU 9mm brass is OK. In mixed brass I pick after IPSC match it's about 25% PPU, shot 1x or reloaded several times, but for minor IPSC factor is OK.
Well, PPU 10mm brass is a different story...shortly, it's a crap just like PPU 10mm ammo is. Toss it, don't risk your gun or fingers! Not usable even for weak 10mm loads.

Thanks robert91922 for the reply. I was really sure this brass in 10mm is junk. Like others have said, I never had a problem with other calibers, I'm just asking about 10mm. Again, Thanks.
