I have a HP 720C printer which I used with Windows 98. I was able to install the hardware with no problem. Since upgrading to Windows XP Home I am unable to install the hardware. It says I need a different driver. Heck, I don't even know what a driver is. Anyway the printer seems to work fine but I cannot get any on screen help. Any help on what I need to do to upgrade the driver or any advice on this matter would be appreciated.

    Thank you

i had two of those same HP printers. It worked fine for about two or three years then it went all screwy on me. I ended up having to hand feed 1 page at a time for it work, this was for both printers too. I am currently printerless :( I just burn my stuff to a CD and print it at the office.

Hope your having better luck with yours.
