Price increases

    It looks like the gun shops in the Cook County area are starting to raise their prices on handguns with 10 round magazines. On Feb 12, they will be the only legal ones since all hi-cap mags have to be removed from the county (or destroyed or turned in).

    Just a thought, how are they going to enforce that? Is there some sort of magazine registry in Cook Co. as well?

    There is no registry but gun shops in cook county can no longer sell hi-cap mags. There is a list of semi-auto rifles that also were banned in cook county so they can no longer sell those.
