[IMG]This was the bike I traded in on the Vstar 1300. It`s an 07 Suzuki S83 1400 cc. Nice bike ,but the Vstar is more comfortable after some time in the saddle.

Bac has an RSVR Factory but he doesn't come down to this forum.

That is an absolutely gorgeous color for the Futura. A riding buddy of mine also has one.

The Futuras have always had elegant and classy colors.

    I'm a bit of an Ape fanboy.:embarassed:

I know what you mean. And I blame you.:supergrin:It was several years ago that I saw one of your posts and had to Google "Aprilia." Now I have to figure out if the next one will be a Tuono or a Dorsoduro.

Wait till the V4 Tuono comes out next year. :faint: I'd probably kill myself within five minutes of riding it, but I'd go out with a big smile.

Ooo. Nice ride. I was leaning heavily toward the Futura while shopping for my last bike. I wound up going with the 1st gen FZ1 when the Aprilia dealership here went under.

My current ride is an 08 R1200RT and it seems to haul me and my G26 around quite well. For a year I had an 07 R1200GSA and while I loved that 8.7 gallons of gas, it proved to be a bear for me to keep upright due to being a bit vertically challenged. My current ride (RT) fits me much better.
Back in the olden days (1964 - 1973) I rode Honda's, Yamahas, a Triumph TR6R and finally a 1973 Beemer R75/5. These new ones are SUPER.

    The 1000 or the 440?

That KZ1000 was my very first bike.....I love that bike. Ive got aspirations of keeping it in running shape until my son gets old enough to ride.....then make a winter project out of it and clean it up a bit....give it to him to be his first bike.

I am seriously considering some superbike bars though......but Im not quite sure how they would look or feel. The drag bars dont look like it....but Im 6ft4in and they are VERY comfortable. I think the superbike bars would be more comfortable when my girlfriend rides the bike....and I dont think it would make it less comfortable for me.
