I have some Point Blank Interceptor Body Armor with both trauma plates crotch pad and neck armor. all is brand new. I was wondering how much this would be worth. ball parkish that is.

The rule of thumb is, if you don't ever get shot, it's worth whatever your peace of mind is worth for as long as you had the armor.

But if you ever DO get shot and the bullet stops on the armor, it's worth upwards of a hundred million dollars to the person wearing it.

Seriously, I haven't been involved in the body armor business in quite a while, and am not in a position to answer your question in terms of dollars and cents.

Wish I could of been of more help. You might want to try posting your question in the Cop Talk column, where you'll doubtless find a bunch of law enforcement officers involved in buying armor for themselves or their agencies, and may be more on top of that.
