A friend and I were eating lunch outside in downtown Tempe when a bright red, sleek, compact car drove by. Neither of us had ever seen it before. I swore I saw the Ferrari insignia on the front.

It looked like a typical sleek Ferrari, except it seemed shorter and the back was almost hatchback-like.

    Can anyone ID this car?

    Thanks

DeTomaso Pantera maybe. From the side they look kind of hatch backy.

Take a look here and see what you think.

Yeah, Ferrari's made several models over the last 40+ years....how about this one

Most hatch like one I could think of, though it could be one of the newer front engined models too.

The shorter part kinda makes me wonder... it could be a fake ferrari.

    They can turn this:

    Maybe an old Dino?

Edited to add: Dino's obviously aren't hatchbacks, but they do have that vertical c pillar.
