    I like it. When I'm ready for another 1911, I think I will get one that looks like that. The more I see these blued steel 1911s with dark grips, the more I think that is the look.

    What precisely did you have them do? I have a Colt Defender and I'm about to send it to Novak for sights, new grip safety and MSH (I have and am sending w/ the gun). I'm curious to know what else you had done. It looks FANTASTIC!

    In fact, I finally got the carpet color right and now you guys want me to use a different background altogther. ;)
