    While I don't have any personal experience with the TRP, from what I can tell you've made a great choice for a first 1911. I can say, it's a beautiful looking pistol (there's just something about a quality built gun in all stainless that makes me envious :wow:).

    Let us all know how she shoots. :)

    Good to hear. I'm a Glock man myself, but I do love a reliable/quality 1911 (especially one built for CCW, like your LB is).

    I've often felt that the only thing lacking in a Glock is that John Moses Browning (PBUH) wasn't alive to invent it himself. Of course, then it would have twice as many parts and would be whole lot prettier. :)

    Nice looking display there, Sergeant. I'm usually not a fan of pistols with two-toned controls, but for some reason I really do like the look of that S&W.
