I plan on buying a new G37 today. I comes with 50rounds of FMJ ammo, mags, and the stuff a Glock normally comes with for $375. Hopefully I can stock up on some extra ammo later today also. Is $375 a decent price? I have been wanting to try out a GAP pistol for awhile. If I like it, a G38 will be next. All of my local stores quit selling GAP pistols for some reason, so they are tricky to find locally. At the last gunshow I went to, there was not a single GAP pistol for sale. Lots of ammo though. Anyways, I will post some pics after I get it.

That is an excellent price for an excellent gun. Once you shoot it you will be hooked. My G37 makes my G21SF seem large and bulky when the output is the same.

Will G17 holsters fit the G37? Or do I need to buy G20/G21 size holsters? I was planning on picking up a BlackHawk! Serpa for it.

I would search this forum for holster specifics. My 37 does not fit my 17 holsters but it fits my Galco Glock 21 Holster. From another website I found the following:

BlackHawk Tactical SERPA Holster - Right Hand Draw, Glock 20/21/37/39, Black

It looks like for the Blackhawk the 21 and 37 holster are the same. I am sure someone on the forum can give you a specific yes if they have one.

I bet your 37 is going to want a 38 for a friend.

Yep. I agree. As soon as I find one locally, I'm buying it.

I got the G37 today. So far, I like it a lot. Feels great in my hand. Also picked up some Magtech 230gr. FMJ range ammo and some Magtech Guardian Gold HP ammo. I need to order some Rangers and some Gold Dots. I will be putting some rounds through it tomarrow. Can't Wait...

Congrats on a great gun at a great price. You are going to be impressed with the accuracy of the 45GAP. I am issued a G37 and have a G38 which I carry offduty.

    Looks good

I should be picking mine up Monday, maybe Tuesday. I also ordered a few of those 10.99 mags from buds... I think those will show up Monday.

I am considering selling one of my G19s(I have 2) and picking up a G38 for carry. I love the idea of the GAP round and I think the G38 would be the perfect carry gun. I see there is a seller on Gunbroker selling all GAP model Glocks for under $400.

I put 50 more rounds through my G37 today and was VERY impressed with the accuracy. I shot better with the G37 than my G19. I cannot wait until I get another $400 so I can buy a G38 and maybe a G39 as well.

I've been telling folks for over six years now to "Just give the GAP a test shoot at the range." I think they are the finest Glocks ever designed.

I can't claim that long of duration, but otherwise echo that.
