I love it now that it is here. I had my doubts, that I would like it, but it's great. I installed my yellow rear/green front Trijicons while I was there. Only had a chance to fire 6 rounds to check sight alignment.

I will get more pics and range reports late. But in the meantime here is a pic of it with my wife's 26

Nice pistol! If you ever need any armorer's work done, I'm not that far away from you. Just PM me in advance.

Just got home from work. I'm going to tear it down and polish all the trigger parts, as I do with all my Glocks. On this subject, do most people polish all the trigger parts or just the connector ? I have always polished it all even down to the firing pin safety plunger. If it rubs another part, I make a mirror out of it.

I don not polish any parts. There is no need for a "mirror" finish. Achieving a mirror finish may result in the removal of too much metal, which can cause problems. Consider all the parts to be adequately self polished after 300 to 500 rounds fired.

I have to say the trigger on this 39, was the worst feeling Glock trigger of all that I've owned. It was tight and gritty. I've always polished the parts, and it smooths them up so much. Never had any problems though. I do appreciate the heads up Danny.

Gunbroker? If so I have been checking that listing every day and it's getting more and more difficult to pass up.

Could the fiance really call off the wedding over buying ANOTHER gun? If she did maybe she just wasn't the one

Same guy I bought my 38 from last month. Nothing but good things to say about my GAP and how quick I got it. I just could not pass up that price tag.

    And Congrats!

You people are really getting me excited!!!! I will pick up my G38OD Monday. Also from the same seller on gunbroker. I could have gotten it today, but working for a living interfered. :steamed:

Anyhow, congratulations on your new toy!
