Cleaned and lubed! I took out the screw from the bottom of the barrel and put some blue loctite. I kept hearing about the screw getting lose when I was researching so I took no chance. Trigger pull is light when cocked. Glad the store had some spare magazines and bought 2. Kept searching on the internet for magazines but it seeems that they are all out of stock.

I just bought one today. I can't wait to try it.

Have you tried the bulk 22 ammo from Walmart?

Got mine a few weeks ago. Got about 400 flawless rounds through it. Not a single malfunction. Fun pistol!

That's good news. I was planning to buy a box earlier but I'm not sure if the Ruger likes it.

    Thanks for the feedback.

Man, these things are becoming the next IT item. Great price, great reviews and eats everything. Now all it needs is a threaded barrel and I may have to cave and pick one up!

Is it just me or does the trigger feel even better when actually firing (as opposed to dry firing)?

Congrats! Just keep an eye on the barrel screw under the trigger going up into the barrel-mine fell out and the metal nipple on the polymer frame chewed up the barrel lug really bad. It's been at Ruger 2 weeks so far and I haven't heard anything but they know it's an issue so they're gonna take care of me I'm sure.
You can look up my thread in rimfire forum if you want pics.
I still like the gun btw just use locktite!

ETA* Just got the gun back today and they made it right! Replaced the barrel, barrel screw and nut and test fired 70 rds no problem. +1 Ruger Customer Service!

sent from the interwebz using a Sony Bravia

Got mine in Feb 2012. Shot it a lot since then, using mostly Wal Mart bulk pack Rem, Fed and Win. Works good.

My only complaint is the same one I have with all my Rugers, the magazines are too expensive. I like a lot of magazines.

I put a Crimson Trace "Rail Master" laser on the gun. It makes for a good, inexpensive, low light/dark practice pistol.

I like the gun so much I'll probably get a second one.:)

Yeah, I hear you. I have six, and the last two were gotten using the 20% Ruger discount for having bought the gun.

BTW, is that a "flying milk stool" I see as your avatar?
