Should be picking this one up at my FFL late this week or early next week. Comes with the Occidental IWB shown in the pics. Can't wait to get this to the range and put it to some good CC use.

  4. That thing is sharp! I've been wanting a SP101!

  5. I have the SP101 2 1/4 inch barrel, DAO, with Secret Service Stocks that I did m own action work and I can tell you that configuration will do very well on the street.

So no doubt this Gemini Custom SP101 above is an excellent piece!!!

The 2-1/4" was the only revolver I ever owned. Pardon my ignorance, but what was done to it, other than no hammer?

  7. NICE!!
Gemini Customs has long been on my list of "wants"...
I have had an SP101..nothing special...sharp edges and poor trigger...
but Marc can make them a whole 'nother animal!

When you get it...post more pics!

I just picked up one last month. You will be very impressed with Gemini's work. Mine is a 3.5" in .327 mag. It doesn't have the boot grip, but I am looking at getting one.

Trigger job, dehorned, crowned barrel, gold bead front sight, cylinder brought into spec and trued, grips and bead blasted to a matte finish are some of the things that I can name off the top of my head. I'll get the paperwork with all of the specs listed later on.

  10. Looks great Joe

    Congrats!

Spill the beans Berto. What do you know about it that I might want to know?

It can handle a double charge, mostly.

    It's probably OK now.

Nice, Joe. I want a proper SP! Maybe after the Ruger Alaskan that Angry Mama demands.

I'll be looking into this first thing in the morning without a doubt.

  18. Very nice. Like those grips.

  19. Berto,

What's the deal with the revolver Joe just paid for?

    It doesn't sound good. :dunno:

Yeah, I'd like to know what Berto "knows" myself. I just PM'd the guy I bought it from, from here BTW, the link to this thread, for him to chime in on, if he feels the need to. I hope for Berto's sake, that he know's "the truth" on this gun, as he's done a pretty good job of slandering the seller on a public forum, if it's not a fact that this particular gun has had some serious issues, but may be "probably OK now".
