    I'm working on a project for work wherein we can log the IP of the machines we work on (so as to start using static IPs). So far I've created a simple table to log the IPs and a few other bits of info. I can use PHP to view the entire table, however I cannot get it to pull out a specific records via any field. I'm using the following SELECT command:

    SELECT * FROM IPinfo WHERE 'IP Address' = '$ipaddy'

    The $ipaddy variable is a POST from another form (also PHP). I know it's getting the right variable as I can ECHO it on the body of the page. However, the IP nor any of the other info does not show up. I'd switch to MySQL but we already have Access on the server and I'd like to stick with that. Any suggestions?

    post the code you use to connect to the database.

    enclose it in
    {left bracket}php{right bracket}
    echo "hello world"; // code
    {left bracket}/php{right bracket}

    so it's like:

    PHP:
    echo "hello world"// code
    i can probably help; i do a ton of PHP stuff at work.

    edit to add:
    doesn't show up in the database or on the screen?
