    anyone have dates, times, locations, of track days, riding coarses, and such? New to motorcycling and would like some practice on closed courses.

    Here are some website to trackdays in AZ. I really need to try one out myself. Everybody that I know who has taken one really had a great time. TEAM AZ also offers a bunch of classes, everything from novice to advance.

    thanks, looks like I might make the March 20th event...assuming I get my license soon. I think my bike is new enough that I can get in for free:cool:

    I'm pretty sure you don't need your license for a trackday. At any rate, start off slow and don't ride over your head. Trackdays are just that, days at the track, not a race. I have done over 30 trackdays in the past year. I even worked for one of the orgs you mentioned and nothing will get you into trouble faster than getting out there and going balls to the wall or having an inflated ego.

    Go out there and have fun, the speed and form will come gradually.
