Ummm...a more effective petition is called a vote. Maybe those nutjobs out on the left coast should band together and make it happen that way.

Only the people of the State of Kalifornacation, who voted the "B" into office, can remove her. He old man Rickard C. Blum-Investment Banker has more Gold than Fort Knox to see she get re elected the next time she runs. She is 79 y/o, and could die off any day from old age. LOL

Or you guys can just make fun of the petition, do nothing, then wonder why you lose some rights in 6 months.

Really up to you, cool guy.

The petition is stupid. She is a sitting US Senator duly elected by her somewhat dim constituents. There are only two ways to get rid of her, impeach her, or vote her out of office. Since I don't know of any impeachable offenses she's committed, although I wouldn't be surprised if they exist, impeachment is probably out. As for voting her out, her constituents like her and will continue to vote for her as often as they can get to the polls.

Yeah right! She represents San Fran....no way they will vote her out.

I think if they had term limits on all seats of Congress like they do with the President that they would try to do a better job because they would face a life after office.

It's a website run by the White House....:faint:

How many signatures do you think it would take for Obama to realize that Diane Feinstein should be impeached, and actually start impeachment proceedings against her?

Hint: There's not that many signatures on the entire friggin planet.

There's not a snowball's chance in hell of that petition ever accomplishing anything.

All you're doing is putting your name and e-mail address on a mailing list.
    Don't fall for it.

Only one member of Congress has ever been impeached. It is idiotic to impeach a legislator for introducing a bill that some may think unconstitutional. Lots of bills have been introduced that were unconstitutional and overturned by the courts. The people who introduced them and voted to pass them were not impeached.

If you want her out (which would be a very good thing) then talk to the people who voted her in and convince them she should go in 2018. Or work to get Republican control of the Senate in 2014 to mitigate her and Reid's power to do anything.

Impeach her for not supporting gun rights?

What about the other couple hundred or so in the House and Senate?

She is a Senator, not a Congressman. She represents California, not just San Francisco. Since there hasn't been a Republican Senator from California since 1992, I guess she represents the majority of voters in that state.

The state I live in has too many idiots in it. I believe it's the most populous state and unfortunately most of the fools from America moved here. I would like to move out of this ****hole one day. Sigh

Speaking of votes, didn't Obama win the Florida vote?
