Mas first I'd like to thank you for taking your time to respond.

    3 questions

1.) Winchester claims that the PDX1 is the best self defense round out there. Mainly the 40 caliber 180 grain. Do you agree?

2.) Alot if people say its just a Ranger with a new box. Is this true or is there actually a difference?

3.) They say this is the FBI's primary round. Are there any street results that you know of?

I'd refer you to Hotpig, Glock Talk's resident expert on Winchester ammo, who hangs out in Caliber Corner. From my end, the only shooting I've run across with that ammo line is with .38 Special, and it seems to have done well there.

Most of the police departments using Winchester -- and of course, there are many -- are using Ranger T or Ranger bonded. All of those seem to be working well.
