[Patriots] Coats for Senate?

Discussion in 'Indiana Glockers' started by HK45Mark23, Feb 9, 2010.

  1. With all this talk about former Indiana Senator Dan Coats(R) contemplating running against Sen. Evan Bayh it's worth remembering that Mr. Coats was happy to kiss up to President Clinton and vote for the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1993, also know as the "Assaualt Weapon Ban". He and Sen. Lugar (R) both voted for it.

Let none of us forget the past or we will repeat it.

  3. This would be just like the Indiana GOP to put up this 68 year old, non-resident, retread RINO. I have wasted my votes for 37 years supporting Republicans in the misguided hope that they stood for smaller government, lower taxes and strict constuction of our Constitution. I'm voting Libertarian or Tea Party from now on.
