Anyone know where I can find a p7 psp now? I am afraid I missed the boat at cdnn. I am calling tomorrow, but they arent in their flyer any longer. Same for Top Gun Supply. Gun Broker has a couple, but the 'A' grade is 900+...

I would love to find a grade 'A', and am just coming to grips with what I am going to have to spend. Although they are not easy to find for sure.

If your going to shoot (carry) it, then I would save some money and get a Grade B or C and skip the A.

The P7 European police trade-in's are graded on outside wear alone. The internals on most of those graded C are usually in very good shape.

You could also refinish the Grade B/C after you shoot it for a while and decide if you like it. Some popular finishes for the P7 are hard chrome and NP3. :)

That's a real good point. I ordered one today from Gordon at the HK Specialists Store. I will post some pics as soon as it comes in. Now for some mags and a holster.

You should get 2 mags with the P7. Here is the box shown by the seller. He had extra mags, but looks like they are sold out..

That's nothing to get mad about. The 23 is a fine piece. I had a 19 and sold it. Thats a sale I wish I hadn't made.

You are getting mad because you have a 13 shot polymer framed .40 caliber that can take larger capacity magazines instead of an 8 shot heavier than it needs to be steel framed 9mm?????

    I like my P7.
I like my Glock 19 just a little bit more.

She's not a fat girl, she's just big boned..."

  11. it would be great if Glock grips actually fit my hand. Not a Glock fan(even though I own one )because of its grips. Although I am thinking of a grip reduction for the 23.

  12. Give me a woman with a little bit of meat on her bones not some skinny heroin sheek type :) .

and I can handle bigger (heavier I should say) guns I lugged a M60 around in the military as the 60 gunner and carried a 1911 for years. BTW how is the P7 heft wise compare to a 1911 at least I could make a direct comparison of weight then as its something ive carried.

I currently own seven P7s, two M8s, two M13s, a M10 and two PSPs or plain p7s. Out of all my pistols which include 1911s, BHPs, Walthers, S&Ws, etc, the P7s are my favorite. Extremely easy to conceal, reliable as hell and deadly accurate. Whats not to like?
FWIW the actual PSP model was produced in small numbers compared to the P7. Your's and most of the "heelers" so called due to the location of the mag release are more than likely a P7. The PSPs are marked so on the grip panels and also on the left side of the slide I believe.

Are the P7 and PSPs the same size?

Exactly the same except for the manner the magazine release operates and a few very minor details.

  18. TY 20 South then not too bad then as the other gun I was thinking of for CC to replace the Glock 23 was a 1911 in the smaller 4" size :) .

  19. you know what you need?? you need a Glock package of a Glock 23 and a LW 9mm conversion barrel. Id trade you that for a P7 :)
