On pnp rules and the right to gun ownership

    Hanggang Feb 9 na lang po yung session ng kongresso. Aabot pa kaya po ito? Parang mas maganda kung yung current batas nalang....

    On page 15 of the proposed bill, Sec. 19 states: "All types of licenses to possess a firearm shall be renewed every two years..."

    The next paragraph then states "The registration of the firearm shall be renewed every four years..."

    Does this mean that the proposed bill is seeking to have separate licensing for the firearm owner, and licensing for each unit of firearm that he/she purchases? That sucks!
