I faxed over my paper work with Credit Card detials on 08/02/11, and they card my card, but haven't received anything.

I need to registrer for the Columbia Match, but I need my GSSF number.

Should I just call asking for it?
I know their busy, unless there is another way to get the number.

I called them, and they were nice enough to give me my GSSF #.

btw, what is the format of the renewal date on the card look like?
Is it an actual date, or just month year?
I forgot to ask them when I called up for my number.

Just put "applied for" on your paperwork and GSSF will deal with it.

They have to deal with that sort of thing all the time and are used to it.

Just send your paperwork in and don't worry about it.
