OHIO - Restaurant Carry Bill Signed Into Law

Discussion in 'Gun-Control Issues' started by dickmartin, Jul 1, 2011.

  1. On Thursday, June 30, 2011 Ohio Governor John Kasich signed Senate Bill 17 into law. When effective in 90 days, the new law will allow concealed handgun licensees to be armed in establishments licensed to serve alcohol as long as the armed licensee is not consuming alcohol nor under the influence. Currently, it's a felony to bring a gun into such an establishment.
