If you live in Butler or Warren counties in the Republican-leaning suburbs of Cincinnati, you can vote for president beginning in October by going to a polling place in the evening or on weekends. Republican officials in those counties want to make it convenient for their residents to vote early and avoid long lines on Election Day.

But, if you live in Cincinnati, you’re out of luck. Republicans on the county election board are planning to end early voting in the city promptly at 5 p.m., and ban it completely on weekends, according to The Cincinnati Enquirer. The convenience, in other words, will not be extended to the city’s working people.

The sleazy politics behind the disparity is obvious. Hamilton County, which contains Cincinnati, is largely Democratic and voted solidly for Barack Obama in 2008. So did the other urban areas of Cleveland, Columbus and Akron, where Republicans, with the assistance of the Ohio secretary of state, Jon Husted, have already eliminated the extended hours for early voting.

If Romney wins and the vote is close in Ohio this November, it's crap like this that will start some sort of Supreme Court BS by the Obama team.

Good move. Democrats and their marxist pals should only get to vote once in an election. Their mantra of "vote early and often" is BS.

Those dang republicans just trying to keep those cities' "working people" down. First them nasty republicans want everyone who votes to prove they're a citizen and eligible to vote, then they want ID to vote, and now this! CRACKERS!!

The weather is great outside again. Perfect for riding motorcycles. I'm glad I have one and can... Might rain a little bit tomorrow though... Wish me luck.

This is in regards to early voting. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that more of a courtesy?
    It's not required is it?

Hot and humid for the last few days. Getting a wee bit of overcast, the kind that leads to thundersorms. Barometer is heading that way and wind is picking up.

Even if Obamamoa looses by a landslide. There will be action in the courts! You got to understand- just look at the tone of this election- they WILL DO ANYTHING to keep power! This election will show the true face of this Socialist Progressive! They will not allow a change of the power cause they know everything they have accomplished in the last 4 years will be undone!:steamed:

You may very well be right. Nothing would surprise me with this Marxist zealot.

If things don't go Hussein's way in November, there'll be some blood spilled. He and his marxist pals will not go quietly.

It'll be much worse than the Clintons stealing all the White House silverware when they moved out.

Evil Republicans, doing all they can to suppress the right to vote multiple times and fraudulently.

    I'm for it.
