    I received these photos from a friend at the mine the morning that it happened, got them back in 2004.

    People who first tour large mines always wonder why there are such high berms on the haul-road edges, now you know why. I suspect that the driver nodded-off while driving, graveyard shift can be a bugger.

    Looks like the Bingham copper mine near SLC UT, but could easily be about anywhere...
