When Obama loses you can bet the libs will be crying 'foul' since so many of the places that are being affected by the hurricane are liberal strong holds. They always need some where to place the blame anyway. Probably call for another election. Pretty sure we will see some shenanigans because of this.:wavey:Obama

The storm will help him, not hurt him. And he is going to win.

Actually its Al Gore sending commands to HAARP, or is it Obama trying to secure more votes playing with HAARP ?

I agree it will not move. Next Tuesday is the election regardless......who would make the call to move it anyways? Who has that ability? No one from what I understand.

I also think the storm could help him if he can appear presidential in his handling of it. The states involved in the storm are going his way regardless and since this is coming down to the EC lost votes in those states are meaningless in many ways. If he can impress other Americans with his bearing and compassion towards the storm victims that can help him greatly in swing states IMO.

Overall this storm will sway the election somewhat but I am not sure how much in the end, I would guess fairly mildly.

We joked about that a lot.

Did you notice how Sandy took a right-hand turn just outside of Florida as if it avoided the conservative Christian SouthEast, then a hard left-hand turn into DC and Jersey?

From the Carolinas south, it's fine.

I doubt that... highly. I believe this event helps Romney far more than it helps Obama.

My hope is... Republicans do not forget how important this election is, and somehow get their butts to the polls... Democrats do what they do almost every other day of the week, stay home and complain about the government not doing enough.
