After reading through this: http://slice.seriouseats.com/jvpizza/ Last night I decided to give NY style pizza a try. Thin sourdough crust. I made the pizza dough the night before and let it "cold rise" in the fridge overnight. I used my own sourdough starter that I made about 4 months ago. I used my home electric oven as hot as I could get it(~500 degrees). There isn't any real recipe. I made the dough by 'feel'. Much more wet then you would think the dough should be. The pizza was a huge success. I will try to get pics next time and plan on making pizza in the NY style again.
