Who's thinking they will begin smuggling 20 ozs into NYC, give "da boys" a cut off the top, and then get rich during this latest "prohibition era."

Every time you make something illegal you make another criminal industry.

Man I saw Tall Boy Mt Dews at Wally World this weekend. It was soo hot out and they were sooo cold.

But they would be like my guns in NYC, Illegal! Not because they are unlawful in general but because NYC is a crazy house.

It seems to be that the above questioned act is a 'health code' violation. Much like the smoking ban in several states, it would be enforced by the health department.

As much as you folks love to go after cops, particularly in this post, your intentions are very misguided. To the best of my knowledge, the typical street cop does not enforce health code violations.

C'mon man. You know you would laugh your butt off about being the first cop to get to taze someone for illegal carry of a 20 oz Jolt. :tongueout:

I wouldn't worry much about it. They'd probably start putting machines in the precincts that dispense 64 oz mountain dews.

Jolt...lol...haven't heard of that since I was a kid. My brother and I used to split one bottle and we'd be running around for hours. I swear that stuff had meth in it.

Yeah what was the marketing slogan? "All the sugar and twice the caffeine because you deserve a better tasting soda!"

Hey I thought of something. Yeah, alert Congress.

Do you think that since people will still want the same amount of soda they will have to expend all kinds of energy and materials making many more cups and smaller bottles, thereby increasing carbon output, creating litter, contributing to global warming and OMG! ZOMBIE-POCALYPSE!
