    thanks for the info. I have to renew my plates in July. I certainly will go with the NRA ones.

    Maybe it's just me, but I have never thought it a good idea to publicly advertise my enthusiasm for guns.

    The DNR guy said something about the various plates last year, I think the only plates that fund anything in Ohio is the wildlife plates.

    Call your DNR fella and ask for clarification as to where the proceeds go from the plates before you buy. Keep the money in state to fund hunting & fishing in Ohio.

    The NRA Foundation, who the Ohio plates benefit, earmarks all donations from Ohio plates to be returned to Ohio shooting, hunting and educational programs.
