With how much china made optics and gear there is now days, are there any knock off flash hiders/supressors?

if there is anything I'd cheap out on, on a range toy it would be a flash hider.

Seems to me directing a muzzle blast forward can't be too difficult, I wouldn't even need increased back pressure.

Considering the amount of gas and pressure those see, I would be very leery of having a toy/clone one on the front of my real rifle.

Well I did a little research and it looks like the levang linear comp does kinda what I am looking for in a potential pistol build.

Just something to direct the blast away indoors....not sure how well it works....

I had one on both my 7.5 and my later 10.5 SBR. They work well.

Well with that I am pretty interested in giving one a try.

I will see if there are any other recommendations to something similar as well.

Have you been able to compare the Pig and the BattleComp? I had a Pig on a 7.5 Diplomat but never fire it.

It just keeps getting better, don't it?
How much is the cost difference? That Noeveske Pig is pretty pricey.

I had a pig on a 10.5 and sold it , it's not worth the extra weight ...

I have the pig on my 11.5 and the extra weight is not noticeable. The rifle is already quite heavy with the eotech and 3x. I like the pig alot. Does exactly what it advertises, and it isn't any more expensive than the battle comp or any of the surefire or other top of the line flash suppressors.
