I saw that. It's too bad. I've turned a lot of folks onto them for bullets. The free shipping was a big selling point. Had to order another 2000 today, just because.
Keep in mind, fellas, there never was "free shipping". Their prices included the shipping charge - you were still paying for it.
They've simply adjusted their prices and decided that for marketing purposes, it is better to compete and charge shipping separately like everyone else does.
Its a great marketing plan! They will sell a ton of bullets before the 9th by people worried about the shipping charges. Then they will adjust the price accordingly, they could be charging a little more anyways and still be competitive.
Luckily for me, we have a couple of local xtreme distributers. You actually get a couple or three dollars off the internet price from them. I just meet up with them swinging by the club during the weekdays for practice.
It isnt MGs price hike that annoyed me. It is how they treated their dealers/customers that already had orders in and paid for before Sandy Hook. They contacted them and said we have your bullets ready to ship but we have jacked up the price due to demand.

As someone said, nothing is free. I kind of actually prefer the manufacturers that charge actual shipping separately. If they tell you how much can be fit in each flat rate box, that lets you optimize your order to get the most out of your shipping fee. The ones where shipping is included, they're just averaging shipping costs and making that part of the price for your bullets.
After not seeing a discount in the cart for 2 500 counts, I emailed them. If they reduced the 500 round count, then why didn't they just say that? :headscratch:
You know that by going and buying 2500 6000, or more you are starting another spree , Just when bullets are making a come back, you are going to put a strain on them again!
Thanks a lot !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah I guess so. I use it to keep track of my kids/grandkids. I've had customers send me notes through FB a wondered why I didn't respond instantly
