Closed my dojo. Time has come to move on to being the student again.
Had several nice offers to come teach MMA style martial arts, but that's not what I'm into right now. Did that for years.
I think I want to get back deep into the traditional and 'get weird' for awhile.

Is that a "time out" or going to start learning via the master-disciple all over again?

Got an invite to Japan to train with some of the traditional guys.
If finances work out, will venture there.

Congratulations on the newly found freedom! I hope this chance is an inspiring one. I know it's easy to get burnt out if you don't feel that you are personally growing towards you goals anymore. I would really try to make the trip to japan if possible. Especially to get into the traditional side.
Which style/arts are you trying to focus on? Just curious.
    Good luck.
