  2. Had a great workout today after 2 weeks off. Squats, bench, Deads.

    Hour bike ride.
     
  5. Friday:
    Cindy
    5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats, as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
    Got 16 rounds...one less than my PR.

    Yesterday:
    Warmup
    Bench 225x5x6. 60 seconds rest between sets

    Military press 115. Same scheme
    Ironmind #2 gripper x10x3
    60 crunches
    15 minutes on the elliptical

    Today:
    Cut down, limbed and bucked and stacked about 15 30-40' eucalyptus trees.
    Deadlift 225 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10. Superset with
    Pullup 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

  8. New hang clean max 280 lbs!!

    Goal is to get to 300 then all my major lifts are over 300 lbs. That last 20 lbs are going to be a pain in the ***.

    Impressive Jakestir!

    Do you consider the press a major lift? Cause a 300 pound press is mighty impressive.
     
  10. My major lifts are:
    Squat
    Dead Lift
    Bench Press
    Hang Clean

    I have never been one to push a lot of weight over head. I do light shoulder press. Normally don't go over 135 if its a straight bar.

    Still working with "jump squats", pushups, barfmees, and oar pullups. Walk The Ghillie each day as well.
     
  15. Worked out last night at the gym. Good soreness today! Should be seeing some PRs next week!
     
  16. No workout, but I fasted 20 hours, which was kinda like a workout LOL. Man! I am out of shape on fasting. I used to eat every day on an intermittent fasting schedule (eating from 1 pm to 7 pm), but haven't in about a year.

  18. Started a new workout plan last Monday. I'll post it later. I feel like I have been hit by a Mac truck. Its awesome.

  20. Gym this afternoon. Bench presses and deads. Set a new PR deadlifting!

    I know 195 Lbs isn't much for the Ahhhnolds on here, but I never thought I'd get this far.
