    165 5x5 squat
    275 1x5 deadlift
    100 4x5 OHP (couldn't rep out the whole 5th set)

    Bunch of lat pulldowns and the ab machine. Also did some hip flexor exercises.

    165 5x5 squat

    140 5x5 bench (needed a spot on last set and needed help on 4th and 5th rep)

    115 5x5 pendlay row but I'm pretty sure I used my hips a lot so I might drop weight

    4x5 115 power cleans (again might need to work on form).

    Nothing today. Been sick since Friday. Feeling a lot better and tomorrow I think I'll be able to begin worshiping at the Iron Temple again.

    Well I went today, feeling pretty good actually. I kept it lower just to go easy.

    Squats were 5x5 composed of 135,155, and 165lb squats.

    5x5 OHP @ 95lbs

    1x5 Deadlift at 275lbs

    Then I loaded my work tools and equipment from my F250 to my new Prius Xsp. :cool:

    Forgive me Brothers for I have sinned. I was supposed to hit the gym today, but I had a mentally draining day at the office and had to do laundry. I decided to go home and do laundry and lift tomorrow. :/

    I made it today. I lifted strong in Zyzz's honor:

    Squats 5x5, set of 135, 155, 165, 170, 170

    Overhead press 5x5 - 95lbs

    Deadlift - skipped :(

    Lateral Raise - 4x10

    chest fly 4x10

    Incline Chest Fly 4x10

    Front Dumbbell raise 2x10

    I did this yesterday - BW barbell squats, max reps in 5 minutes. It was a bear, and I'm feeling it today.

    I set out for 50 minimum, and got 59 total. This is a keeper. Next time, 60+. Set the interval timer for 35 sec on / 25 sec rest. This scheme seems to be fairly dialed in for me. I think the key is keeping a steady pace. The next challenge, maybe in a few months, might be BW BB squats race to 100.

    Finally, back at it. Started a 5x5 program. Today I did squats and bench. Unfortunately, I was only able to squat the same weight I benched.
