    Where the buffalo roam
My two Vista Home Premium computers (one desktop, one laptop) suddenly stopped playing audio from interent sources. CD's, DVD's, windows sounds work fine but all audio from the internet (youtube, pandora, etc.) is silent. They both play fine with Mozilla. Ideas? Thanks, HH

That is Microsoft's way of trying to get you to buy another computer, it's called ensuring revenue stream...

Have you tried to update Adobe Flash Macromedia?

That was my thought also, so I got the latest Flash downloads this afternoon. YouTube / Pandora play great when I access them via Mozilla. Dead silence through the latest IE. HH

I would look at your Add-ons and see if Flash is disabled.

Of course, what else can you expect with IE?

The only Adobe add-on listed is Shockwave and it is enabled. HH
