When I got my glock 22 (used) it has green dot night sights on it. Is this something done at the factory or something someone added later?

Could be either or. Odds are they are from the factory as they are pretty common. Factory night sights are quality

    OK
I added 'Glock' night sights to both my older Glocks.

The average Glock I've seen in gunstores new have the standard cheesy plastic sights...although I guess some Glocks come factory equipped...like LEO orders past and present...I have never seen a new Glock in the dealer show-case with nite-sites..
