Night Sights to Lower POI

I recently purchased a G26 and have consistently shot high (even off rest). I can compensate for the height by burying the front sight into the rear, but I would like to change the rear sights to fix this instead. I had also wanted to purchase night sights and figured this would be a good time to kill two birds with one stone. I can't seem to find out the height difference between my stock G26 sights (6.5mm rear sight) and aftermarket night sights.
    I have looked at:

but can't seem to figure out the height on these as I would like to find some that are equivalent to the 6.1mm height (-1). Can anyone verify that these are -1 or can anyone tell me the difference between those and these:

    ? Thanks.
