Yeah, I guess you need a team to play the 90's Cowboys.

    Remember the joke

Hey did you hear the Cowboys are expected to go 13 -3 this year? = 13 misdemeanors and 3 felonies!

I bet the rate of serious crime among current and former NFL players is lower than that for the general population.

What kind of statement is that?

    1,000,000,000 people 150,0000 crimes
    10,000 nfl people 1500 crimes!
Not real numbers = just an example!

Of course you would be right but I wonder what the stats are if you could compare numbers (pretty high)

There are already 32 of them...you just need to get rid of the few and outnumbered that follow the rules and you are good to go.

Must have missed my thread about several NFL players doing OUTSTANDING things in their communities. Things that I seriously doubt the OP could even HOPE to achieve or accomplish in a lifetime. As someone else said, I would bet that NFL players commit an equal amount or less crimes than the GP. The reason it gets so much attention is because they are famous. There are bad people and good people in the NFL just like in every facet of life.

This topic is ignorant and the attempt at posting a decently structured or thought out topic is PATHETIC. In short OP, YOU SUCK.

Funny...I read that book over a decade ago when it was titled "OJ is guilty, but not of murder". Same author, same cover photo. I'm not a conspiracy kind of guy but that book by William Dear changed my mind. He makes a strong and well reasoned case that OJ's son did it and OJ actively covered it up.

Why does the OP have such a hardon for the NFL? Couldn't make it in sports as a kid so you decided that every succesful athlete is a bad person? Lost a girl to a football player, or got picked on and didn't have the stones to fight back?
