    Hello all,

Does anyone know what the deal is if you live in a township in Fairfax Co and you want to get a Form 4 signed? Do you still go through Fairfax or must you go through the town PD?

Specifically I am wondering about Town of Vienna.

    Thanks,

I called the sherrif's office today, the Lt. said that anything within Fairfax can go through Fairfax.

ATF form 5320.4, aka "Form 4".

It is the "Application for Tax Paid Transfer and Registration of Firearm". They are used to pay tax, transfer, and register Title II firearms, as defined in the National Firearms Act (NFA) of 1934.

"Title II Firearms" includes firearms and other items: machine guns, short barreled rifles, short barreled shotguns, suppressors, destructive devices, and a class of other weapons that do not fit into the previous categories - "any other weapon".
