Black CQB with no FCS, rounded butt, flush crowned barrel, night sights and Wilson's version of the black gray Horned Lizards. Looks like it'll be another 2-3 weeks before I get my hands on it. I may need to start a DRC made me buy this thread.

Hey Joe.....Not to throw a monkey wrench into your plans, but are you SURE you don't want that Ultralight Carry instead? I got a call from John at Wilson today and he has one ready to go RIGHT NOW....no waiting. That will give you something to think about tonight....lol

I agree....When I was putting the order together I was thinking how nice of a CQB setup that would be. I don't know that I have seen one with the round butt and no FCS.

Thanks. Dave (drc767), had ordered it like that, except for the flush crown, and when he told me that he already had one in the works that was everything I wanted and we had enough time to get the barrel flush crowned, then it was a go.

Thanks Brian. I can't wait to get back to Arkansas, so I can start picking up these babies. The Legacy is already there waiting on me, but the Wilson might not get there until I do. The No Name is still a ways out. Believe me, there will be enough pics to make everyone :puking:

    I can't wait!

It will be like me last month picking up the No Name, EGW, Colt National Match, and Valtro, ATI, and Desert Eagle. That was six 1911s in one month. Four of which I paid a lot of money for. :faint:

This month it was the Remington and Cimarron. Next month should be the Morris. September or October should be the EMF.

The Morris will certainly be the exclamation point.

I'm having a 1911 filled summer and it doesn't sound like I'm alone in that regard. ;)

Sounds like Christmas every damn month for you my friend. I'm interested to see the Morris you're getting. I like alot of the stuff I've seen from them.

I've spent far more than I wanted this year, that's for sure.

Yeah, that will be one of the top three 1911s in my collection.

That is sweet. But I really think the CQB that's coming is gonna be a sweet mofo. Plus, the CQB has a steel frame and can always be hardchromed later on...:whistling:
