New UN Treaty Bars Treating Teenage Criminals As Adults: Screwed!

    There are a lot worse things in that particular "convention/treaty" than that...like the complete stripping away of parental rights and the ability to discipline your children.

    In the Obama administration (and Clinton's and other Democrats'), the US ambassador to the UN is actually a full-fledged member of the cabinet. These UN treaties are a very real threat due to executive orders.

    A treaty cannot be ratified by executive order....

    You're right...has to be ratified by the senate.
     
  6. From what I read it says that they cannot be placed in an adult prison, not they cannot be charged as an adult.
