Hey, guys, well, today, almost on a whim, I put in a bid on a P226 9mm EXTREME being sold on Gunbroker and won it.

    Now what do I do????

I got it for a price as good, if not lower, than any I saw on the Internet, and what is more, it was actually in stock.

    Are Sigs addicting?

First, congrats on a sweet gun. Now, you are obligated to complete the following steps:
    1. Pics are required
    2. A range report after shooting at least 100 rounds
    3. If you find yourself unhappy with your new gun, you must first sell it to a member of this group.

Read the book. Get a few extra mags. Have safe/fun time shooting it.
    Sigs are great guns.

pt, you're screwed. Sigs are addicting. You won't own just one. The worst thing about them is regardless of age they feel and shoot great. So even though you're starting out with a brand new, high end, custom shop Sig you'll come to find out that even the old ones feel and shoot real good. Welcome to the "guncrack" called Sig Sauer.

As for what to do with it? Shoot the poop outta it! Please don't do the collector thing. Shoot it, enjoy it. If you decide to sell it or trade it post here 1st and give us 1st crack at the thing. Ooops, almost forgot to say, "PLEASE"!

You got a great pistol there and it sounds like you're happy with the deal you struck. Congratulations. As someone already mentioned, pics are required.

Cobra64, please stop posting those pictures. Everytime I see them I want to go and get some stainless sigs.
