Msrp for the 640 is 730ish...?
If you were not looking to wait to sell the s&w for cash and then go find a mak 90 id say you did fine..

If you could have sold the revolver first and then taken the cash and been thrifty you could have gotten a straight cut instead and prob saved 50 bucks.i winced when i looked up the revolver price..

That's msrp, which I've never had to pay as much, plus his S&W may have been used. I've traded many a gun and taken some loss, just because it was less hassle and it was for a gun I wanted. Congrats! be happy and don't look back.

  6. Thanks, I've actually had a run of trade a' weeks. I decided that it would be to much effort to de ban, so I ended up trading for a budget ar, then sold that for 800, now I'm picking up a converted saiga thats had a couple upgrades, will post pics on arrival. Pretty happy I still get a non parts kit ak, but this one will be already be suited for run and gun fun.

    Nice trade. Luv Mac 90's.
My father just traded his Mac 90 (Unfired & grease packed) with two extended mags for a G23 Gen4. I tried to talk him out of the deal but he just had to have it. He only had $150 into it, so he feels that he did well.
