The HC NH Predator II and DW CCO landed at the FFL's shop today. I have to say I am impressed with the CCO. It's everything Dave said it was. Well fitted, tight, crisp and well made with really nice sights. Very nice trigger. The beauty contestant Nighthawk Predator II bobtail feels GREAT! It is a very well built gun. One of their earlier models and it shows. They were really trying to make a statement when this one was built. Took the DW out to the range after work and it's a shooter. 5,7,10 and 15 yard shots hit right where they were aimed. Tight groups were easy, even when not taking my time. I gotta say that I do miss the ULCc, as it was one of my favorite 1911's of all time and it will always have a soft spot in my heart and will be replaced by another someday, but, I really like both of these guns and was planning on buying these or their identical twins eventually.

I'm sure he misses those as well, but you both got what you wanted.

Congrats to both of you on your new additions.

Joe - those are really nice. Congrats on the trade. Have a preference yet over either of them?

Didn't have a chance to shoot the NH today, but it'll be going on the next outting. If it shoots as good as it looks, then look out.

That's one of the better looking CCOs I've seen. You know I love the JH trigger. Still can't believe you traded off the ULCc. :faint:

Don't quite get the Remsport crack. . . . some of the best smiths in the country use them. Did I miss an inside joke or something?
