Picked up a new Les Baer, anyone shooting one of these? Comcept V six inch.
Damn that's long
I have a standard Concept V and love it.
Just don't around asking people if they are Sarah Connors!
color me jealous
can't let this go without a twss
Wow, that is a very nice long slide Baer. When you shoot it, can you do a comparison to how it shoots vs a standard 5"?
I had to look up what twss was
I have a Custom Carry, sweet handgun
On a GOOD day I can manage a target like this with my Kimber STS II. When I shoot like this from any gun I'm happy, I can't imagine the Baer shooting any better than that in my hand. And as I'm out of practice it will take some time to shoot this good again.
Yea, but it has a short recoil spring guide rod.
That there is a nice 1911
I have a concept 7 commander size in SS. Super tight and nice. I also have LB cartoon grips for mine. I ordered it in for a friend back in 1998 I believe. But he ended up selling it back to me. Lucky me. Ron
That's a real nice 1911.
I've generally considered Les Baer 1911's to be the best.
Wish I had one. Congrats.
For what I want a 1911 to be, me too. Nice grab OP.
Bear makes a extremly well built 1911. Just as basic as a 1911 "should" be but at the same time refined as one could ask for in a balance of the two things. Hard to put into words but easy to see when shooting one. And I love their blue finish, just looks great.
Can't go wrong with a Baer.
