The $35 tac light that Walmart sales. It's just hard to find a holster to work with it. Otherwise the TLR-1 is what I have and can be found for like $109 new.

First of all, keep in mind that home defense is not offensive house clearing. House clearing is a great way to get yourself killed. Your handhelds will serve you well.

I can even hook you up with a holster if needed.

Are there any lights for the 19 that sit flush with the muzzle, or better yet sit recessed like my C5L does?

I've gotta TRL-1 but if I had to do it over again a good hand held surefire with a lanyard would do just fine.

The Streamlight TLR is one to look at.. Holsters are easy to come by and cost is probably around $120.

For weapon mounted lighting, I choose the streamlight TLR-3. They're $70 on amazon.

I have a streamlight stinger LED for handheld.

Best overall quality and performance: Surefire X300 Ultra.

Second best overall weaponlight, with perhaps slightly superior switching: Insight WX 150.

Color me thrifty (cheap.) I worry alot more about the handheld light than what is on my gun. That said I have a Nebo that has rode on the gun for a couple thousand rounds without issue and still works fine. I also remember when revolvers did not have rails and I managed to search buildings just fine.

For an extra $80 there's no reason to not buy an x300. It's the standard for a reason
