I thought we'd find one of every 1911 made at your house?:0
I love my DW Guardian and my new DW Eco.

My LGS has a new Kimber target model on the shelf for $969.00, I'm trying to convince myself I don't need it.
Oh, but you DO need it.
Good luck with that
Another vote for Wesson. Guardian or Pointman.
Gotta be honest.. i have a DW guardian which i got though a private seller..
i am having an issue with a mags so i headed over to the Site to look at warranty info.
I will be honest the 5 year warranty and showing proof of purchase to get warranty is kinda of a let down..
I was going to get another guardian or Vbob in 45 and i will likely pass for another gun with a better warranty.
just my 2 cents.
My two have been used colts bought for under 700 bucks- no issues at all
Don't forget Tripp Cobra Mags
Don't know if you found one yet and I know that I am going to catch a lot of ***** here for this but I have a colt defender, SS, < 100 rounds down the tube. What I am looking for is a beretta M9 or 92 FS. Obviously the trade would be a little off balance but we can figure something out.
By the way BAC, maybe you are a little closed minded, I have 1911's in 22, 9mm, 40 S&W, 45 acp, 10 mm and 7.62 x 39. I like the platform and will continue to add to the collection.
This.....having a 1911 in 9mm makes browning roll in his grave.
I have a Stainless Springfield Loaded in 9mm that is pretty fun to shoot. Picked it up used off of a local forum for under $800 with 7 magazines. I haven't had a bit of trouble.
My SO has a STI Spartan 9mm that was purchased new and it had to go back to STI. They eventually replaced the barrel but it took a lot of phone calls and persistence. Their customer service left room for improvement.
They just aren't my thing is all. There's nothing wrong with them.
By the way, I hope you aren't referring to those pot metal rimfire replicas as 1911s.
Also, I'm curious which 1911 you Have chambered in 7.62 x 39?
It's a full size mag. Sure it'll work, but it'll also sticks out quite a way.
JMB would have already rolled in his grave with the .38 Super, so having him rolling again with the 9mm, the 10mm, the .40 SW, 9mm Dillon and a host of other wildcats/esoteric rounds ain't a big thing.
Yea me two.
A great price on a great 1911
I have an STI Spartan in 9mm and it has been a great gun for me. Also affordable.
