What is better XS Big Dots or just regular night sights or just a different color type sight? I am going from standard sights on my W. German sig p226 and I want to be able to get a faster sight picture(I am pretty accurate now I just want to be better and faster).

I like both. I use Big Dot's on smaller guns and a plain black rear with tritium front on bigger guns. Here's BD's on a G26 and Warren Tacticals on a G19.

Heinies might work for you. They have a wide, deep rear notch and the dot over dot sight picture is quick and instinctive.
You can even order them with an extra wide notch.

I was thinking about those sights because I love them on 1911s but I'm not sure they would look that great on my sig. That said if they make me a lot more accurate and faster idc if it makes the gun look like crap.

There's no such thing as "better" or "best" just "what works for you."
The XS sights work for me.
