I’m cooking for a bunch of my friends on Friday and I need a good chicken parmesan recipe. I think it would be best for me to get a store bought spaghetti sauce and “spice it up” a little, if you can include how to do that as well.

Exxotic’s sangria recipe went over quite well by the way.

    Thanks for any help,

This idea came to me while I was delirious, 103 fever, burning up with the flu a coupla years ago...

When making Chicken Parmesan, let KFC do the dirty work for you...
The hard, messy, stinky, oil splattery, part...

I awoke a few days later with a smile and a mission...

I got a couple dozen "Crispy Strips" and put them on the botton of a baking pan pre-lubed with Olive Oil and some sauce...
Sprinkled with chopped fresh Basil and dry Thyme...
Topped with some sauce... I like Bertolli's Onion and Garlic the best for canned sauces...
Drizzled some Extra Virgin Olive Oil...
Added a generous amount of grated Parmesan Cheese mixed with shredded Mozzarella...

Baked uncovered for an hour at 350, then raised to top spot in the oven and broiled till the cheese up top
    browned up beautifully and crispily...
    (Don't walk away!)

It's a fast and trouble free way to make Chicken Parm, and the few times I recommended it,
    the people were happy happy...

The "crispy" in the crispy strips really grabs the sauce...

And, if you make it on Thursday and reheat it on Friday, it'll taste much better!

BTW, I was only kidding about the fever and the dream... ;e
