Here's my new baby with different grips. what do you all think.
Looks nice but it's hard to tell what the gun is in the picture what are the details?
Edit: never mind I remember it's the American classic
Its a american classic 11.It is a deep blue color even though the pics didn't come out as well as I'd hoped.the grips are called fiddleback maple. sj
They're good looking grips.
Congrats! Looks nice.
I think the grain makes it look phat.....in a good way.
We need a larger pic.
Yes, larger pic. I like the deep blue and the smooth grip combo.
Here you go Bac. sj
Don't you have any carpet to go with that.
Actualy I put it on an old tshirt that wasn't the cleanest in my gun/reloading/office room. sj
Very nice! Pretty grips! I can't wait until my AC II (Hard Chormed) gets here!
Very nice my friend
That is some very fine maple. I would love to get my hands on some museum quality maple like that. Complements the gun fabulously.
Unique grips !!!
Glad that you're happy with the grips. It looks like others like them as well. I have to agree that the fiddleback maple does look good on a blued frame. Let me know if I can help with anything else!
What he said!
On side note, I think before anybody posts a picture of any gun, especially a 1911, they should go through Bac's School of Gun Photography! How about it Bac? Or at least post a picture of your "stage" set up!
