scuz I is tdrunk, and tdancing.
But did you ever find a cheap carbine? Cause the words "cheap" and "carbine" dont go togethor all that well. Unless ya stumble into a SKS deal. Thats about it. Mah cheap carbine is a Model 94 Winchester. Am I typin loud enough to affect yer hangover? I'll try harder
I already have an SKS, i was looking for a pistol caliber carbine.
Yes and no on the "finding a cheap carbine" thing. I gave up, and bought a G17. However, I then discovered the Mech Tech system for it. I now know what I need to buy, and I even get to keep my AR stock for it!
I have shot a G17 MechTech. Good times!!! Get the best stocked version you can. The one I shot had the plane wire stock and it vibrated like no tomorrow. Very odd. And annoying.
<---paid about tree fiddy for his pistol calibre carbine
<---paid more than that for the 44 mag lebber gun
Is "licked away" anything like "hitting the gay"
Pretty much exactly the same thing.
But my night involved no bliss sex.
Save yer nickels and get a red dot sight for that MechTech! And a buncha G17 mags!
I still need the MechTech itsself, but when I do get it i already have the G17 mags and a red dot or 2.
I suspect you'll really enjoy the mechtech!
I suspect I agree. My next purchase will be either a G26, NAA mini-revolver, or the Mech Tech.
They have an adapter that allows it to use AR stocks, and I kept the ACE SOCOM stock off my AR when I sold it. That's a solid stock if I've ever used one.
Good call Rey. the wire stock on the Mechtech is....odd. It works, but it has the most bizarre vibration when fired. Very strange.
I thought odd was in the OAF.'08.
Especially if your "stock" vibrates from "recoil"
